Jeremy built his career leading award-winning teams across SEO, Search and Social, scaling Kaizen to a 50-person agency before recognising the seismic shift AI would bring to marketing.

Rather than watching from the sidelines, he went deep: earned a certification in AI Solutions Architecture, rapidly deployed AI across live campaigns, and started sharing what actually works on stage. We Are Pioneers was founded to answer the question nobody else would: how do marketing teams actually use AI to improve their work?

Today he takes an AI-first approach to everything, from building with Claude Code to deploying custom AI solutions, and runs the 70/30 model that balances client delivery with exploratory R&D.

Kanak is the engineering force behind every AI solution We Are Pioneers deploys. As a full-stack developer with deep AI expertise, he turns strategic vision into production-ready tools and platforms.

His craft is making AI work in production: agentic pipelines that orchestrate multiple LLMs, custom MCP servers that give AI models real-world tool access, and RAG architectures that retrieve the right information at the right moment. Not chatbot wrappers. Genuine AI infrastructure.

Today, Kanak works at the cutting edge of agentic AI: multi-agent orchestration, MCP server development, and LLM-powered classification systems that replace hours of manual work with seconds of intelligent automation.

Akshaya is the newest member of the team. As our Junior AI Solutions Architect, she sits between strategy and build, working across our client engagements.

Her focus is turning how a team works today into an AI workflow that holds up in practice. She maps the process, designs the solution and tests it with the people who will use it, working with Jeremy on scoping and with Kanak on delivery, so what gets designed is what gets shipped.
